The Business Development and Licensing Workshop is a two-day intensive session designed for SPARK Taiwan and Supra Integration and Incubation Center (Si2C) teams interested in valuation,forecasting, market analysis, presentation skills, and negotiations. This workshop is highly recommended for teams with business development aspirations, and for individuals new to biotech and pharmaceutical business development, or for individuals with some experience and are interested in updating their knowledge and skills.
The workshop is taught and facilitated by the CEO and Business Development team from ASLAN Pharmaceuticals. In addition to lectures covering each topic, you will have the opportunity to work in small groups to practice business development skills using case studies, and to get advice and tips from the professionals.
